RainCycle Software License Details
Each RainCycle license costs £99 (€145). One license entitles the license holder to install RainCycle on one machine e.g. if 5 licenses are purchased then RainCycle can be installed on 5 machines in total.
Purchasing a software license also entitles the license holder to free after-sales support which includes upgrades and patches of RainCycle version 2 for life. Customers will be informed by email when updates/patches are available for download.

Order Process
Payment via Direct Bank Transfer

Payment via cheque
To order your copy of RainCycle v2 via cheque, please note the following instructions:
1) Download and print out the Order Form document (see links below)
2) Fill out the form, making sure you include all the required details
3) Send the form along with a cheque for the correct amount to:

4) Send an email to us at support@sudsolutions.com informing us that you have ordered the software. Your email should include a contact name and telephone number. This step is optional and we will still supply the software if you do not email us, but we recommend it as it will keep us informed of incoming orders and allow us to contact you if there are any problems with the ordering process.
5a) UK/EU regions: once we have received and verified your order, a CD will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class post to the specified delivery address along with an invoice of your purchase. The CD will contain a copy of the application and an electronic version of the user manual in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. We will also email you a link from which you can download both the application and the user manual.
Although we will endeavour to deal with your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the CD.
5b) All other regions: as soon as we have received and verified your order, we will email you a link from which you can download both the application and the user manual.
